Jack Stevens: Update to our December 3, 2024 post, “Will the New Administration Restore the Indian Loan Guarantee Program?”

The fourth EEO complaint filed against the US Department of Interior alleging mismanagement and creation of a toxic workplace within Division of Capital Investment, which operates the Indian Loan Guarantee program, was settled in favor of the complainant.

This marks a clean sweep by disaffected employees of the troubled unit and adds to the hundreds of thousands of dollars awarded to them.
